They took a while to get back to me, which was a little frustrating, but they did eventually help me sort out my order. So overall, it was okay... just not the fastest experience.

I really do like the stuff on suespargo.com, but the shipping took way too long. My order just kind of sat there for days with no real update, and when I reached out, it felt like nobody actually read what I wrote. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but it was frustrating when I was waiting on supplies I needed.

I ordered a kit from suespargo.com, and the colors and fabric were really lovely. I was in a good mood when I opened it because I was excited to get started, but then I realized a couple of the items I needed were missing. I went back through the list twice just to make sure I wasn’t overlooking something.

Customer service did get back to me, which I appreciated, but it still slowed everything down and took some of the fun out of the project. For the price, I really expected the kit to be complete right from the start.

I thought the instructions were really clear and simple. From my experience, they were easy to understand without having to reread everything a bunch of times.

I’m always drawn to fun patterns, so this was right up my alley. There were a lot of cute designs and color combos to look through, and I noticed quickly which styles I kept coming back to. I found what I needed without much trouble, but of course I ended up grabbing a few extras too.

The site was easy to get around and I found what I needed without much hassle. Pages loaded fine and checkout went through without any issues. I’ll admit though, right after I paid I started feeling a little unsure, like I wanted more confirmation that everything was actually legit and on its way.
